J & A Burghaus GmbH in Wenden (South Westphalia) is a family business with over 60 years of experience in non-ferrous metal casting. The company specializes in the production of castings in small and medium series and manufactures aluminium die castings, aluminium gravity die castings and zinc die castings from secondary and primary alloys. The range of services covers the entire value chain: in-house tool and fixture making, casting production, machining, surface treatment as well as assembly and logistics of ready-to-install parts. With around 50 employees and modern production technologies, Burghaus serves customers from the metal industry, foundry and metalworking sectors. Production is fully integrated into a quality management system in accordance with EN ISO 9001, with testing methods such as spectral analysis, X-ray inspection and pressure leak testing.

Production is fully integrated into the quality management system in accordance with EN ISO 9001. Spectral analysis, melt testers, X-ray inspection, hardness and crack testing, optical measuring systems, NC measuring machines and pressure leak tests are used; initial sample inspection reports and acceptance test certificates in accordance with EN 10204-3.1 are documented in an audit-proof manner.
