About us
J. Köhle Vertriebs- und Produktions- GmbH was founded in 1998 by Jürgen Köhle in Puchheim near Munich and is now based in Greifenberg. The owner-managed company with around 80 employees is a system supplier in the field of light-metal casting: from design, through special fixture construction and machining (CNC milling, 5-axis HSC), to leak testing, assembly including functional testing and delivery of ready-to-install components and submodules to the assembly line. Vehicle components such as oil pumps, charge-air pipes, converter housings, engine mounts, wheel carriers and strut mounts are manufactured, predominantly for the automotive industry; in addition, the company is active in the field of renewable energies. On approx. 6,000 m² of production space with direct access to the A96, volumes are produced from small series to large-scale series, with component weights between 50 g and 50 kg and lengths up to 1200 mm. A modern production facility with horizontal and vertical 5-axis machining centres, robot loading and precision metrology ensures quality. The company is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.
