Who we are
J. Mai & Co. GmbH is a precast concrete plant based in Wülfrath, founded in 1979 in Wuppertal; the roots of the family business go back to 1898. The medium-sized company with around 30 employees is a specialist in the production and installation of precast concrete elements of all kinds. The product range comprises solid precast elements made of monolithic concrete with reinforcement and built-in parts fitted at the factory, double-wall and semi-precast elements with lattice girders, as well as precast floor slabs. Production is standardized to customer dimensions, with the precast elements meeting all statutory requirements and structural engineering regulations. Fields of application range from single-family homes to residential and commercial construction, industrial halls and swimming pools, through to car wash tunnels and self-service wash bays. Via its subsidiary J. Mai & Co. Massiv-Fertighausbau GmbH, turnkey car wash facilities are offered from a single source; delivery is carried out with the company's own vehicle fleet and installation takes place on the construction site.
