About GRUEBER
GRUEBER is a medium-sized spring manufacturer based in Hagen that has been producing helical compression springs, extension springs, torsion (leg) springs, buffer springs and bent parts from spring steel since 1828. Production is carried out by computer-controlled cold and hot forming, including quality-assured heat treatment through hardening and tempering as well as protective surface treatment. The products are used, among other things, in rail transport technology, building and vibration isolation, chassis technology for passenger car aftermarket, tuning and motorsport, as well as in mechanical and plant engineering, for example in agricultural machinery and robot and feeding technology. The first ICE of Deutsche Bahn in 1989 was already equipped with GRUEBER springs; customers include Deutsche Bahn, Siemens, CLAAS and Ford. The range of services covers research and development, individual consulting, tested and optimised materials, and a holistic logistics concept.
