About the Chocolaterie

Jérémy Ramsauer's Chocolaterie Suisse is located in the town centre of Sierre in the canton of Valais. For over 15 years, the company has been producing chocolates and confectionery by hand, including bar chocolates with origins such as the Dominican Republic, Mexico and Venezuela, pralines, mendiants, feuillantine and nougat éclats. Since June 2016, a bar à chocolat has complemented the range with pains, viennoiseries, pâtisseries, macarons and a catering service. In addition to the boutique in the town centre, the company operates an online shop with delivery within Switzerland and offers pâtisserie courses, gourmet workshops and an escape game. Seasonal products include hot chocolate, tarte citron meringuée and Easter workshops. Target groups are end customers from retail and gastronomy.
