J. Schwarz is a family business founded in 1978 with its site in Bünde, manufacturing custom plastic parts, technical components and complete assemblies. The process spectrum includes plastic laser cutting, CNC milling, punching of plastics and films as well as 3D shaping through cold and hot forming. In addition, the company offers industrial screen printing, pad printing and large-format digital printing for durable printing and marking. Further work steps such as bonding, laminating and assembly enable the production of processed plastic products and assemblies within a coordinated process chain. Materials processed include engineering plastics such as PMMA and polycarbonate as well as films, fibre composites and material composites; materials are stocked with around 800 storage slots. Customers receive support in material selection and the production route from the idea or drawing through to series production.
