JABLOTRON a.s., based in Jablonec nad Nisou (Czech Republic), has been developing and manufacturing alarm systems, baby breathing monitors, thermostats and other electronic products for more than 30 years. In the field of Zakázková elektronika (contract electronics/EMS), the company manufactures for external customers from sub-assemblies through to finished products in sales packaging. The EMS production facility in Rýnovice offers 7,600 m² of air-conditioned production space with controlled humidity, three high-speed SMT lines including optical and X-ray inspection, as well as THT assembly with wave, selective and robotic soldering. The service portfolio includes hardware development and modification, prototyping, pre-series evaluation, test development, material sourcing with full traceability, process, functional and special testing, conformal coating, assembly, repair and product modernization. The group also operates a 24/7 Bezpečnostní centrum (security centre) with intervention service as well as showrooms in Prague and Žilina and a sales office in Germany.

EMS production takes place in air-conditioned rooms with controlled humidity; every SMT and THT assembly undergoes optical inspection, and SMT additionally X-ray inspection (AOI/AXI).
