The Jacobs Gruppe is an automotive sales and service company headquartered in Aachen. The family business, founded in 1922 by Adam Jacobs, sells and services vehicles of the brands Volkswagen, Audi, CUPRA, Škoda, SEAT, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, BYD, DENZA, MG Motor, OMODA & JAECOO and Zeekr. Its portfolio of services includes new and used vehicle sales, workshop service and inspections, air conditioning service, body and paint work as well as Smart Repair, accident and damage management, glass damage service, fleet management for major customers and parts service. More than 1000 employees work at 17 locations in the Aachen city region, the district of Düren, the district of Heinsberg, the Rhine-Erft district and in Mönchengladbach. Since 2005, the group has belonged to the US-based Penske Automotive Group. The company trains around 75 young people each year and operates several workshops as outstanding Audi service partners.
