About Jäger

Founded in 1968 by Horst Jäger, Jäger is based in Maulbronn in Baden-Württemberg. Its core business is the development and production of fine plaster spraying machines of the Record series (Record 300 to Record 5000 CON), which are supplied worldwide to trades and industry. The machines for building materials such as fillers, rendering plaster, flowing cement or fiber composites are made of profile steel and sheet steel (partly stainless steel V2A/1.4301) with hot-dip galvanized or powder-coated silos. The company also offers CNC contract manufacturing: turning up to 200 x 350 mm and milling up to 500 x 400 x 500 mm, CNC and conventional, for single pieces, pilot, zero, small and medium series as well as assembly manufacturing. Another business area is 3D printing of prototypes and complex shapes from acrylic resin and silicone with 15 µm layer resolution and a build volume of 297 x 210 x 200 mm. In addition, custom machine building, conception, utilization analysis, and the trade in paints, lacquers and building-material accessories are offered.
