JÄGER NACH VERSCHWENDUNG is a management consultancy founded by Marco Valentin, based in Burgebrach near Bamberg. The focus is on supply chain management, logistics and process optimization for family-owned and owner-managed companies in the manufacturing SME sector with 50 to 500 employees. Services include interim management in supply chain and logistics, restructuring, production planning and control, inventory and warehouse optimization, supplier management and supplier audits, layout and material flow planning, strategy development, development of KPI systems, and digitalization of procurement and logistics. Consulting covers everything from the initial assessment through to implementation, with the goal of ensuring stable supply to production and sustained cost reduction along the supply chain.
