About Us
Jahns Albert Wwe-Metallwarenfabrik GmbH is a traditional family-owned company with a history of over 100 years in the manufacture of punching and bending parts. The company operates at the Marienberg site in the Erzgebirge, manufacturing parts on eccentric presses with CNC feeding up to 130 tons of punching force, as well as on punching machines and producing wire bending parts on CNC 3D wire bending machines with wire thicknesses from 1.5 to 8 mm. Furthermore, the company offers spot welding, gas shielding welding, threading, deburring, grinding, and assembly of components. In-house finishing processes such as powder coating, zinc plating/ZnNi, nickel plating, hot-dip galvanizing, and chrome plating complete the manufacturing. The company also designs tools in-house and develops the necessary technology. Customers come from the sanitary, lamp, and furniture industries, as well as the arts and crafts sector, for which items like drip catchers and accessories for incense smokers are manufactured.

Materials and Processes
Steel (Hot-rolled, Cold-rolled, surface-treated)
Base material for punching and bending parts, refinishable by zinc plating, nickel plating, hot-dip galvanizing, chrome plating, or powder coating.
Stainless Steel
For punching, bending, and wire bending parts with higher requirements for corrosion resistance.
Aluminum
Lightweight material for stamped parts, welded components, and coated products.
Copper
Used for stamped parts and copper-clad wires, among other things in the arts and crafts sector.
Brass
Material for stamped and bent parts with decorative or conductive requirements.
Spring Steel
Spring steel for elastic stamped and bent parts.
Wires (zinc-plated, copper-clad, stainless steel, spring steel)
Starting material for CNC 3D wire bending parts from 1.5 to 8 mm wire thickness.
Plastics (PVC, wood shavings, plywood)
Non-metallic materials for accessories, among other things for the arts and crafts industry.
