About LOEWER Maschinen
LOEWER Maschinen is a family-owned company founded in 1861, now in its sixth generation, headquartered in Homberg/Caßdorf (Homberg/Efze), North Hesse. The company develops and manufactures deburring, edge-rounding and grinding machines for sheet-metal and metalworking; the product portfolio includes through-feed machines of the DiscMaster, BeltMaster and RotoMaster series as well as solutions for small parts, square tubes, long profiles and 3D parts. Key applications are deburring, edge rounding, removal of oxide layers and slag, and straight-line and orbital surface finishing on laser-, plasma- and waterjet-cut sheet metal and stamped parts made of steel, stainless steel, aluminium and copper. In addition, LOEWER manufactures belt and brush sanding machines for woodworking, among other things for window construction, timber construction as well as fronts and doors. The offering includes complete solutions, custom-made machines, entry-level models, conveyor technology, extraction systems, technical consulting, service and a grinding centre for sample processing and testing of workpieces. Since its foundation, more than 20,000 LOEWER machines have been delivered; numerous patents and utility models document the company's own depth of development.

Materials & Processes
Steel
Processing of laser-, plasma- and waterjet-cut sheet metal and stamped parts, including flame-cut parts with thickness tolerances and distortion.
Stainless steel
Deburring and edge rounding, among other things with special tooling for removing heavy burrs and spatter.
Aluminium
Grinding and processing of aluminium parts, optional aluminium extraction kit for fine dust.
Copper
Processing with the rotary brush machines of the RotoMaster series.
Deburring
360° deburring of edges and through-holes in a single operation.
Edge rounding
Rounding to a radius of 3 mm for improved paint adhesion, among other things for offshore and steel construction.
Oxide layer removal
Removal of oxide layers and slag from laser, plasma and flame cutting.
Finish (Straight/Orbital)
Directional grinding or eccentric finishing as a surface finish in a single pass.
