Weighing Technology from Weiden in Oberpfalz since 1882
Janner Waagen GmbH is a family-owned company located in Weiden in Oberpfalz and has been active in weighing technology since 1882. Starting with the manufacturing of mechanical scales, the company today operates as a complete provider of weighing technology: individually designed and manufactured scales and weighing systems with a weighing range from milligram to 200 tons, including associated modular hardware and software solutions and industrial weighing terminals. Our in-house production covers metal and steel structural construction with fusion welding (certified according to DIN EN ISO 3834-3:2021), assembly of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components, additive manufacturing (3D printing), and hot-dip galvanizing processes, for example for container scales made of steel and stainless steel. As a DAkkS-accredited calibration laboratory according to DIN ISO 17025, the company calibrates scales and masses on-site or in the laboratory. Since 2024, Janner Waagen Austria GmbH has been represented in Vienna Neudorf as an official metering body (Eichstelle 544) for all of Austria. Customers are found in industry, transport/logistics, waste disposal/recycling, bulk goods, food, pharma/chemistry, laboratory, as well as agriculture and biogas.
