JANOME Industrial Equipment Europe GmbH is the European sales company of the Janome Industrial Equipment Group, headquartered in Frankfurt am Main. The product range includes lightweight servo presses for flexible, workpiece-oriented pressing and press-fit operations, high-precision tabletop robots (JR series) for applications such as dispensing, screwdriving and panel depaneling, Cartesian robots (JC series) as well as automatic screw feeders. The origins lie in the in-house production of precision parts for sewing machines, from which the first proprietary servo press JP-20 emerged in 1984. The products are used worldwide in industrial automation and fine machining, among other things in partial and full automation of assembly. In addition to sales, the company offers customer service with maintenance and repair, tests and trials of customer processes on the machines, as well as customer-specific specifications with modified sizes and configurations.
