About Jansen Automation

Jansen Automation GmbH from Pulheim-Brauweiler planned, developed and manufactured special-purpose machines for assembly and handling technology. Its range of services included assembly lines and standard systems, cam-controlled assembly machines for high volumes, rotary indexing systems, rotary indexing assembly machines, robotic islands and robotic cells, Montrac transfer systems as well as servo axes and handling. The company also developed its own process for the dry filling of liquids for shock absorber systems in the engine mount and chassis area, which was manufactured in small series. Based on many years of experience, more than eighty assembly and test systems and more than twenty production lines were implemented. Customers came from the automotive industry, communications electronics, the electrical, packaging and consumer goods industries as well as from plastics processing companies. The company was placed in liquidation on 27.08.2020 and deleted from the commercial register on 13.07.2023.
