Jansen Tore GmbH & Co. KG, part of Jansen Holding GmbH based in Surwold (Emsland), has been manufacturing and installing door systems for fire protection, explosion protection, sound insulation, burglar resistance, heat protection and plant protection for over 40 years. The portfolio includes fire protection sliding doors, lifting doors, roller and sectional doors, stacking and stacking-fold doors, textile fire protection curtains and conveyor system enclosures with intelligent control technology. A focus is on special sizes and custom-made solutions, with door systems up to 22.5 × 4 m or A-60 stacking doors up to 10,000 × 10,000 mm realized for shipbuilding and offshore. The materials used are predominantly galvanized sheet steel and steel profiles, supplemented by polycarbonate, tested fire protection boards, mineral wool and gypsum fiber boards for insulation builds. In addition to manufacturing and installation, the company offers inspection, maintenance (also for third-party products), a 24/7 emergency hotline, IoT solutions (JUNO, Smart Control Duo) and a BIM configurator. A Danish sales office in Aarhus serves the Scandinavian market.

Materials and Processes
Galvanized sheet steel
Used for door leaves, hinges, roller carriers and guide rails of industrial and sectional doors.
Steel profiles
Form frames and support structures, e.g. for conveyor system enclosures and A-60 stacking doors.
Polycarbonate
For light-permeable sectional doors (polycarbonate doors 44/80) with UV protection and wind load class 4.
Tested fire protection boards (e.g. Promatect-H/-PL)
Form the barrier element of conveyor system enclosures (EI 90) and the insulation of the A-60 stacking doors.
Mineral wool CONROCK 15
Serves as the 39 mm insulation core of the door leaf elements in the A-60 stacking door for shipbuilding and offshore.
Gypsum fiber board Rigidur H Marine 10
Clads the door leaf elements of the A-60 stacking door in a marine-compliant manner on the fire side.
Control technology PL e/Category 4, SIL 3
High-performance drive and control systems according to EN ISO 13849-1 and EN 62061 for integration into plant and safety circuits.
