About JARA Maschinenbau

JARA Maschinenbau GmbH is a family-owned mechanical engineering and steel construction company based in Rastdorf (Emsland), Lower Saxony. The company, with more than 40 employees, manufactures special machinery, machine and fixture construction, lifting equipment such as crane spreaders, aerial work platforms, platforms as well as steel and welded constructions up to component weights of around 20 tonnes. Its manufacturing capabilities include CNC machining, laser and flame cutting, tube laser cutting, sheet metal working, bending, rolling as well as manual and fully automated robotic welding (MIG, MAG, TIG). Since 2016, the sister company JARA CNC-Zerspanungstechnik GmbH & Co. KG in Saterland has complemented the portfolio with CNC milling and turning, from prototypes to small series. Customers come from, among others, shipbuilding, wind energy, crane construction, aviation and the automotive industry; the components are used worldwide. JARA holds certifications to DIN EN ISO 9001, DIN EN 1090 EXC3 and DIN EN ISO 3834-2.
