About Jaster Hydraulik
Jaster Hydraulik GmbH was founded in 1986 by Dipl.-Ing. Jörg Jaster in Heide (Dithmarschen) and is today managed by engineer Jan Jaster. The focus was initially on the assembly of hydraulic hose lines and the trade in hydraulic components; today the range includes hydraulic mechanical engineering, power pack and cylinder construction, hose manufacturing, steel construction, machining (CNC turning and milling), waterjet cutting as well as vehicle and special vehicle construction. Production and repair are carried out in steel and aluminium, including TIG and MIG aluminium welding; bent parts are produced up to 30 mm material thickness. The company is a certified welding specialist business under DIN ISO 3834 and DIN ISO 1090. Customers come from vehicle construction, crane superstructures, waste management, construction industry, shipping, wind power, power plants and water management; cooperations exist inter alia with HIAB, Meiller, MULTILIFT and MOFFETT. In addition to the Heide headquarters with around 2,000 m² of hall space, there is a branch office in Busdorf near Schleswig; both locations offer a 24h hydraulic emergency service as well as a port service up to Rotterdam. In total, 25 employees are employed.
