About Jauch Plastic
Jauch Plastic is a company founded in 1964 in Villingen-Schwenningen with 15 employees that manufactures demanding plastic components from 0.5 to 600 grams using the injection molding process. The value chain is carried out entirely in-house: from design to toolmaking with sink and wire EDM through to series production from 100 pieces. Common thermoplastics, thermosets (PF, UP, PUR), high-performance plastics such as PEEK, PVDF, PSU and ETFE as well as glass-, carbon- and steel-fiber-reinforced plastics with up to 60 percent glass fiber content are processed. Multi-component, overmolded and hybrid parts are also produced by injection molding; parts can then be CNC-machined, printed, hot-stamped or laser-marked and assembled into 100%-inspected assemblies. Customers come from mechanical engineering, automotive, medical technology, precision mechanics, consumer goods and the food industry. Since 2020, Dipl.-Ing. Dominik Falk has been the owner and managing director of the company.

Additional services
Quality
Quality begins with design for manufacturability and in-house toolmaking; raw materials are stored in dry silos under climate-optimized conditions. 3D measuring machines have long been used in final inspection, and upon request also 100% inspection with complete batch documentation; initial sample inspection reports (EMPB) and SPC monitoring via a CAQ system are standard.
