Jawa Industrie-Dichtungen GmbH manufactures in Oberhausen metallic gaskets, soft-material gaskets, kammprofile gaskets and large-diameter gaskets for hot-air, gas and water pipelines – in-house production and to customer drawings. Production includes machining with conventional and CNC lathes for solid metal gaskets and kammprofile gaskets as well as the processing of PTFE and other plastics. In the metal spinning shop, metal-clad soft-material gaskets are produced from sheet-metal blanks; in the punching shop, solid gaskets, inserts and backing layers made of metal and soft material are produced. The company develops customised gasket solutions together with customers' engineers, from the initial idea to safe operation. In the event of plant shutdowns or urgent requirements, a 24-hour service for fast delivery is available. The quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015; the company has more than 50 years of experience in gasket technology.
