About JB-Lighting
JB-Lighting Lichtanlagentechnik GmbH has been developing, designing and producing intelligent luminaires and lighting technology solutions in Blaustein-Wippingen near Ulm since 1990. The company manufactures high-performance moving lights with LED technology for theatre, TV, touring, events, concerts, trade fairs and architecture. On approximately 2,500 m² of production space, all relevant manufacturing steps are carried out largely in-house: from development and design (mechanics, electronics, device design, CAD, 3D simulation/CFD), via prototype construction, mechanical series production (turning, milling, sheet metal processing) and SMT circuit board assembly with vapour phase soldering, through to final assembly and functional testing. Steel, aluminium, brass and plastic are processed. A transmission spectrometer is used for the colour binning of LED modules and CMY colour discs to ensure uniform light and colour quality. Products are distributed worldwide via sales partners, complemented by maintenance, repair and a ten-year spare parts service.
