About JBW
JBW GmbH is a medium-sized, second-generation family-owned company based in Munich-Freiham and operates as a development partner and supplier in electrical drive technology. The company develops, integrates and modifies complete drive systems consisting of DC and BLDC motors (with worm, spur and planetary gears), motor controls, power supplies, drive shafts, sensors and voltage supply. In addition, in-house toroidal transformers for control technology as well as plant and equipment engineering are manufactured and tested, and BLDC drone motors in aluminium 7075 (aerospace quality) with Class C copper windings are offered. Core competencies are engineering (drive adaptation, mobile measurements, motor test bench) as well as distribution with an in-house warehouse of approximately 800 sqm for around 500 Euro pallets, i.e. 100,000 motors, ensuring short response times and high delivery capability. Customers come from rehabilitation and medical technology, metrology, machinery, plant and equipment engineering, automation, energy technology and drone technology. Since 1998, the quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 has been in place, certified by TÜV SÜD.
