JCO Oberflächentechnik is a job-shop coater based in Pfullingen, active in the Reutlingen area since 2005. Steel
Chemically pretreated steel components are coated in stress groups II to IV (including C2-H to C4-H).
Steel, strip-galvanized
Strip-galvanized steel is chemically pretreated and coated up to corrosivity category C4-H.
Aluminium
Aluminium substrates are chemically pretreated and coated in stress group IV in accordance with the QIB certificate.
Powder coating
Order-specific powder coatings with defined color designation, leveling specification and gloss level.

JCO holds the QIB quality mark of the Qualitätsgemeinschaft Industriebeschichtung e. V. (company no. 096, test report SAP-35744 of the Institut für Oberflächentechnik GmbH) with annual independent external monitoring as well as continuous in-house monitoring of ongoing production. In addition, Deutsche Bahn coater qualifications according to DBS 918 340 are held.
