JCT Analysentechnik GmbH was founded in 1992 in Wiener Neustadt by a group of specialists with more than 20 years of experience in gas analysis technology. The company manufactures components for sample gas conditioning such as heated gas extraction probes, heated sample gas lines (heated hoses), gas coolers, converters and accessories as well as complete gas analysis systems, among others for continuous emissions monitoring (CEMS) and process gas analysis. Manufacturing takes place at the headquarters in Wiener Neustadt (Austria) in an expanded production facility; materials used include corrosion-resistant stainless steel as well as plastics such as PVDF and PA. The services range from planning and design through manufacturing to on-site commissioning as well as service, repair and support of the measuring systems. Customers served worldwide include companies from the chemical and petrochemical industries, the pulp and paper industry, the semiconductor industry, technical gases, the iron and steel industry as well as authorities, institutes, gas analyzer manufacturers and system integrators.
