JCT Analysentechnik GmbH was founded in 1992 in Wiener Neustadt by a group of experts in gas analysis technology. The company develops, manufactures and installs gas extraction systems such as heated probes, heated sample gas lines, gas coolers, gas conditioning systems, gas converters as well as accessories and gas analysis systems for continuous emissions monitoring (CEMS) and industrial process control. The range of services extends from planning through production to on-site commissioning of the systems, as well as maintenance, repair and support of the measurement systems. Manufacturing takes place at the headquarters in Wiener Neustadt, Austria; among other materials, stainless steel 304 (V2A) is used for parts in contact with media. The company supplies industries worldwide such as the chemical and petrochemical industries, paper and pulp industry, semiconductor industry, technical gases, iron and steel industry, power plants, Oil & Gas, as well as environmental authorities, institutes, analyzer manufacturers, system integrators and universities. Since 2021, JCT Group has been energy self-sufficient oriented with an 80 kWp photovoltaic system, charging stations and electric vehicles, covering around 72% of its own electricity needs.
