About us

JD Europe Components GmbH, based in Bad Nauheim, has been handling all tasks related to the brands Citybug, JDBug and TranzX as a service center since 2008. This includes consulting, sales, shipping, returns and repairs of pedelecs, e-scooters and e-components in an in-house workshop. In addition, spare parts for e-bikes, (e-)scooters and e-components are distributed. The TranzX Service Center, inaugurated in 2013, offers more than 3,000 square meters of space with offices for technical support and administration, a professionally equipped workshop, and warehouse areas with a comprehensive spare parts inventory. A multi-level technical support system with multilingual staff and a complaint-handling system ensure fast warranty processing. The company is part of the JD Group, which has been active in the field of pedelecs, e-scooters and bicycle components since 1986. The company is in liquidation (GmbH i. L.).
