Technical solutions for slitting lines
JDC International GmbH, headquartered in Zug, is the exclusive distributor of machines for coil processing manufactured by JDC, Inc. in Japan. The product range includes belt tensioning machines (BELTBRIDLE, BELTBRIDLE OMEGA TYPE, RB21, RB21 OMEGA TYPE), automatic and manual separator shafts (SEALEX, AUTOSEALEX, HYDEX, AUTOHYDEX), hydraulic nuts (3KNUT) and accessories such as endless special belts, solid lubricants and liquid paraffin. The machines recoil longitudinally slit coils without scratching – from a sheet thickness of 0.2 mm, and from 0.1 mm for silicon and electrical steel. The design combines Japanese technology with European know-how. JDC supports customers in designing new slitting lines, in revamping existing lines, in on-site commissioning including staff training, and in after-sales service. Customers are supplied in Europe, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa, North, Central and South America, Canada and India.
