About JEDI Kunststofftechnik

JEDI Kunststofftechnik GmbH is a German manufacturer of flexible PVC products headquartered in Buchholz (Westerwald). The company extrudes films and sheets with material thicknesses of 0.5 to 12 mm and web widths up to 2,200 mm, transparent or in RAL colours. At its own plant, these are converted into lamellar and strip curtains, welding protection curtains, bullet traps for shooting ranges, protective mats, table films and custom-made products tailored to size. The value chain includes extrusion, calendering/planishing, CNC cutting up to 10 mm material thickness (CAD in dxf and dwg), UV-resistant digital printing up to 1.25 × 2.50 m, as well as regranulation and take-back of old material at its own plant. Material properties such as antistatic, insect-repellent, cold-resistant down to −45 °C, flame-retardant (B1/B2 per DIN 4102-1) or suitable for short-term food contact are adapted to the intended use. Customers come from industry, protective applications, door systems, shooting range construction, welding protection as well as sports and floor protection; deliveries go to DE, AT, CH, PL, ES and CZ.
