About Us
Jelonnek Transformatoren und Wickelgut GmbH is a family business founded in 1966 in Oberkochen, specializing in the calculation and manufacture of custom wound components. The product portfolio includes three-phase and single-phase transformers up to approx. 20 kVA in all circuit configurations, single-phase and three-phase chokes, coils (including solenoid, deflection, lens, air and HF coils from 1.3 mm winding wire) as well as transformers in designs such as RM, E, ETD, EFD, EC and U for switch-mode power supplies. Production is carried out as custom manufacturing to customer specifications from one-off pieces to large-scale series, supported by a proprietary calculation program and special winding technology. Enamelled copper wire is wound on plastic coil formers or self-supporting; core materials include sheet iron of various grades, cut tape-wound cores and ferrite cores. Finishing includes vacuum impregnation and potting; in addition, the company offers electrical assembly work such as soldering and installation into housings with terminals, plugs and cables. Customers come from industry as well as the electrical and electronics sectors.
