Jendamark Automation designs and builds turnkey assembly lines and production systems for the automotive and aerospace industries. The product portfolio includes powertrain assembly systems, modular to fully automated (lights-out) catalytic converter assembly lines, and component assembly for electric vehicles, including battery packs, motors, rotors, transmissions and microcontroller units up to complete vehicle assembly. In the field of new energies, the company offers assembly systems for fuel cell stacks, battery pack assembly and testing, as well as a proof pressure test cell for carbon-fibre hydrogen tanks with water fill, pressurisation above operating pressure and parameter monitoring. This is complemented by general assembly and manufacturing solutions, aerospace tooling and fixtures, Industry 4.0 solutions (ODIN Workstation, ODIN Checkpoint) and 24/7 global service support.
