JENNY | WALTLE GmbH, headquartered in Frastanz, Austria, is a manufacturing and service company for aluminium, metal and plastic parts. The portfolio includes aluminium extrusion profiles (press force 1,200 to 4,500 tonnes, circumscribed circle up to 600 mm), aluminium profile machining (sawing, drilling, stamping, milling, thread cutting, deburring), stamped parts on eccentric presses with 5 to 200 tonnes press force, CNC turned parts from bar with diameters of 3 to 70 mm, aluminium and Zamak die-cast parts, plastic injection moulding with part weights of 2 to 400 grams including overmoulding of metal parts, as well as the assembly of components and subassemblies at self-designed LEAN workstations. JENNY | WALTLE GmbH acts as a general contractor and handles material procurement, production, surface finishing, kitting, intermediate storage as well as delivery and logistics services including its own bonded warehouse. Since 2004, the company has followed the Kaizen philosophy and works according to lean principles. The company is part of the Bufab Group and has been operating a purchasing office in Hong Kong since 2003.
