About us
Jens Böttcher Hydraulik- und Maschinenbau GmbH, based in Wittorf near Lüneburg, manufactures hydraulic systems, hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic power units, valve blocks, manifold plates, hose lines and individual custom solutions. Manufacturing is complemented by special machinery construction, sheet metal working, pipe installation and the repair of hydraulic cylinders – on site at the customer's premises or in the company's own workshop. A focus is the refresh of drilling rigs: from the overhaul of individual assemblies to the complete overhaul of entire systems, documented among other things on a Wirth drilling rig. Spare parts are manufactured with precision even for older systems; components that are no longer available are produced in-house or replaced with compatible alternatives. The company provides technical consulting, carries out installation and provides long-term system support. Customers are mainly in mechanical engineering, hydraulics and drilling technology in northern Germany – Lüneburg, Hamburg, Lower Saxony and Schleswig-Holstein.
