About us
Jessat GmbH was founded in 1993 through a spin-off from one of Germany's largest independent engineering firms and was initially based in Offenbach am Main; since 2001 the company's headquarters have been located in Bad Soden am Taunus. The company offers automation solutions from a single source and handles complete project management for control and automation processes – from consulting, basic and detail engineering through development to installation, training and service. The range of services includes process technology with painting systems (KTL systems, pretreatment systems, dryers, IR dryers, supply and exhaust air systems for spray booths, chemical dosing, spot repair), thermal post-combustion (TNV), paint mixing systems and pump stations for mining, as well as control technology with feasibility testing, conversion planning and system modification. In the field of conveyor technology, Jessat realizes skid, container and pallet conveyors, high-bay warehouses, baggage conveying systems as well as Power & Free and EHB conveyors. Reference projects include a hydraulic building lifting system with Bilfinger & Berger and the Schneider Group, X-ray inspection systems for the Ariane 5 solid fuel boosters on behalf of Interatom (Siemens), and robotic systems with control and process engineering equipment. In addition to its headquarters in Bad Soden, the company is represented in Rhauderfehn, Bochum and Bratislava (Slovakia).
