Jet-Stream Business Solutions GmbH

About us

Jet-Stream Business Solutions GmbH, based in Baar (canton of Zug, Switzerland), transfers concepts and approaches from civil and military aviation to everyday business. Drawing on more than 25 years of aviation experience, owner Daniel "James" Pfiffner offers consulting, lectures and workshops on personnel selection, leadership and followership, performance under pressure, the composition and culture of top teams, and error culture. Pfiffner was, among other roles, full-time commander of the Swiss Air Force pilot school, a member of the PC-7 Team, co-pilot of the Airbus A320 at Swissair, as well as a civil and military flight instructor. Lectures have taken him to Swiss universities such as HSG and the University of Bern, and to projects with companies such as McKinsey & Company and Google. The company addresses businesses and organisations that want to develop executives and improve team and selection processes.
