About JM Kunststofftechnik
JM Kunststofftechnik is a contract manufacturer of plastic parts founded in 1999 by industrial foreman Jürgen Merschroth and based in Alsbach-Hähnlein, Hesse. On a 3,000 m² production floor, the family business, now in its second generation, produces plastic profiles by extrusion as well as injection-moulded parts from under one gram to 1,500 grams, including 2K injection moulding and vertical overmoulding. Materials processed include rigid and flexible PVC, TPE, POM, ABS, PP and PP GF, PE, PA and PTFE, both virgin material and recyclate, also food-safe grades in accordance with EU 10/2011 and FDA. In addition to series production, the company offers consulting, design for manufacturability, 3D-print prototyping, toolmaking via partners, as well as the takeover and climate-controlled storage of existing tools. Customers come from the automotive industry, window industry, camper outfitting, furniture manufacturing, electrical engineering, food and medical technology; shipping is carried out worldwide.

Plastics and Processes
Rigid PVC / Flexible PVC
Extrusion of profiles such as cable ducts and finishing trim as well as injection moulding, as virgin material and recyclate.
TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomers)
Soft-elastic profiles and parts, among other things for seals.
POM
Stiff, dimensionally stable engineering plastic for precision injection-moulded parts.
ABS
Tough standard material for injection-moulded parts.
PP / PP GF
Polypropylene, also glass-fibre reinforced, for technical parts and profiles.
PE
Polyethylene for profiles and injection-moulded parts.
PA
Polyamide for durable technical components.
PTFE
Highly chemically and thermally resistant plastic for demanding applications.
Food-Safe Plastics (EU 10/2011, FDA)
Grades approved for food contact with conformity documents, also in detectable variants.
Recyclate Grade
Processing of recyclates as an alternative to virgin material.
