About us
Johann Deisenhofer GmbH is a medium-sized, owner-managed petroleum company based at the freight station in Weingarten (Baden-Württemberg). The company supplies commercial customers from industry, wholesale and retail, and agriculture as well as private households with fuels, heating oil, liquefied gas and lubricants. As a brand distribution partner of Aral AG, Deisenhofer supplies its own self-service filling stations, Aral contract filling stations and independent filling stations in the region; the range includes, among other things, low-sulphur Aral heating oil, Aral HeizölPlus and Bio 10 heating oil, all with free home delivery service. In addition, the company operates a network of fully electronic self-service filling stations with car washes and shops in the Lake Constance region, Upper Swabia and the Allgäu, as well as the construction and leasing of filling stations to independent filling station operators. The family business, founded in 1953, is today run by the third generation under Marc Deisenhofer and is a member of bft and uniti.

History
- 1953
Founded as Oberschwäbischer Mineralölvertrieb at the freight station in Weingarten.
- 1956
Johann Deisenhofer takes over the company; around 40 filling stations within a 50 km radius belong to the company.
- 1966
Partner DEA is taken over by Texaco.
- 1974
First filling station is converted to self-service operation.
- 1978
Hans and Alexander Deisenhofer take over the management.
- 1982
New administration building and tank farm with 320 m³ capacity; pump capacity 1600 litres/minute.
- 1988
After RWE's takeover of Deutsche Texaco, Texaco becomes DEA again.
- 2003
Brand change of the filling station partner to Shell.
- 2005
Third generation: Marc Deisenhofer joins the management, Nicole Wurm is responsible for accounting and controlling.
