About us

Johann Kupp Maschinenbau GmbH is an owner-managed contract manufacturing company founded in 1920, located in Willich and based in the Willich Münchheide industrial park since 1980. The company performs machining as contract work, in particular five-axis CNC boring mill work, milling (surface milling, circular milling, drilling, thread cutting), CNC turning up to 2700 mm turning length and slotting up to 14.0 mm. Workpieces up to 10.0 t in weight are machined. In addition to machining, the service portfolio includes the procurement of material and semi-finished products, the machining of assemblies according to design drawings and the manufacture of machines. The long-standing employees are trained as turners, boring mill turners and industrial mechanics. Customers come from mechanical engineering, including van Baal, Reinartz and Bender Zylinder. Transport is included in the price within a 100 km radius up to 1.3 t.
