Johann Peter Falter Maschinenbau oHG is a traditional company with over 110 years of experience in plant and special-purpose machinery engineering, based in Birkenau/Reisen, Hesse. The company manufactures spare and wear parts such as wear bushes, main shafts, shaft, intermediate and piston bearing plates, top bearing bushes and main axle nuts, as well as complex components for heavy machinery. Its core business is the maintenance and refurbishment of crushing plants, in particular the complete reconditioning of used gyratory crushers, general overhauls of drive units and gearboxes, and the reconditioning of housing parts after crack formation. In terms of production technology, robotic deposition welding as well as turning and grinding of worn cone carrier seats, top part cones and main shafts are used, supplemented by pressing off and shrink-fitting of cone carriers. Design is carried out in-house in CAD in 2D and 3D; in addition, the company maintains its own spare parts warehouse with traded goods such as ball bearings, couplings and chain wheels. A key focus is the quarrying industry, which relies on the company's services.
