Johann Wintermantel GmbH & Co. KG, headquartered in Donaueschingen, is part of the Meichle + Mohr group of companies and manufactures concrete products for landscaping, building construction, civil engineering and road construction. The product range includes paving stones according to DIN EN 1338, 1339 and 1340, concrete slabs, wall systems, garden elements and slot drain systems for line drainage. All products are manufactured at the company's own plant in Donaueschingen, whose new paving stone plant went into operation in 2023. The basis is own raw materials such as gravel, sand, chippings, crushed sand and lime chippings from dry and wet extraction in own pits; surplus material is crushed using crushers and mills. In addition, the company operates recycling sites, where construction rubble is processed with mobile crushing plants into RC frost-protection mixes and RC sands, as well as logistics services with its own fleet. Quality is safeguarded in the in-house laboratory through internal and external monitoring.
