Johannes Lindemann GmbH & Co. KG is a family-owned construction company founded in 1912 and headquartered in Stade (Lower Saxony). More than 180 employees offer project development, planning, construction, renovation, maintenance and marketing of residential and commercial properties. In addition to structural construction, the company manufactures plastic and aluminium windows, entrance doors, patio roof systems, balconies, railings, canopies, carports as well as custom metal constructions and fire protection elements in its own production lines at the Stade site. Production combines machine-based series production with traditional craftsmanship, supported by CAD modelling; steel components are hot-dip galvanized and powder-coated. Materials used include plastic profiles (including Schüco LivIng/TopAlu), aluminium, steel, stainless steel, glass and solid wood. Customers are private customers, commercial customers, planners, architects, property management companies and municipalities in Lower Saxony, Hamburg and Bremen.
