Johannes Schäfer vorm. Stettiner Schraubenwerke GmbH & Co. KG, based in Hungen (Hesse), develops, manufactures and distributes pipe connection elements and components for fluid technology applications – already in its third generation and with more than 60 years of product and market experience in connection technology. The portfolio comprises hydraulic push-in systems (STH-C, STH-P up to 350 bar), compressed air push-in systems (SDF, SDV up to 15,5 bar), temperature control and low-pressure systems (SKO, STH-C-ALS) as well as standardised cutting ring, sealing cone and weld-on fittings according to DIN EN ISO 8434, test ports for brake systems and check valves. Products are manufactured in steel, brass and aluminium, partly with chromium-6-free surface protection or phosphating; seals made of NBR, FPM and polyamide tubing according to DIN 74324 are used. In addition to series production, the company develops special solutions and custom parts – from design through manufacturing and single-part assembly to packaging and shipping – and supports customers with consulting, CAD data and handling training. Customer industries include in particular hydraulics, compressed air brake systems in commercial vehicle construction, as well as temperature control and cooling.

Brass
Material of the compressed air push-in systems SDF/SDV as well as of fittings and check valves.
