About Johannsen HT-Technik
Johannsen HT-Technik develops and delivers crystallization systems for solids recovery from saline process solutions, by-products, and wastewater. Based on a patented process, the systems are built modularly: feed and pretreatment via filtration, pH adjustment, and temperature conditioning; crystallizer as stirred tank or forced circulation; subsequent solid-liquid separation via centrifuge, filter, or sedimentation; as well as washing and drying stages. An integrated process control system enables automatic operation with recipe management and data logging. The performance range extends from pilot scale with 50–200 kg of solids per day to industrial plants with several tonnes per hour; delivery ranges from compact skid modules to turnkey plants, including project support from the feasibility study through commissioning. Systems are made of stainless steel, high-alloy steels, or specialty materials and are designed for operation under pressure or vacuum. Customers come from the chemical industry, water treatment, battery and high-tech chemistry, flue gas and brine scrubbers, the fertilizer and energy sectors, and environmental protection. The company is located in Schwentinental in Schleswig-Holstein.
