Founded in 1995, Joint Analytical Systems GmbH (JAS) specializes in instrumental analysis. The company develops and manufactures a wide range of GC- and GC/MS- as well as HPLC- and LC/MS-based systems, laboratory automation and process solutions, combining components into complete system solutions. As a Value Added Reseller of Agilent Technologies, the Agilent instrument platform forms the basis of fully integrated solutions configured to customer requirements – including individual valve systems, custom designs and multi-vendor systems. The portfolio includes proprietary products such as the Atom Emissions Detector AED III, gas analyzers (RGA, NGA, Oxygenate, SimDis), injection systems (UNIS), CryoTrap, fraction collectors and olfactometers, as well as gas mixing and dilution systems (AlyTech GasMix) and the automated sample preparation station ePrep ONE. The headquarters in Moers houses its own production, an R&D department and an applications team; further branches are located in the USA, Singapore, China and India, plus a technical office in Dubai. Customers come from petrochemicals, chemicals, the Hydrocarbon Processing Industry, natural gas, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, environmental and clinical analysis, forensics and academic research.
