JOKA Werkzeug- und Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG is a tool and machine builder based in Hövelhof near Paderborn specializing in punching. The manufacturing and product program includes series punching units with interchangeable cutting elements for round and form holes in sheets and profiles up to a material thickness of 25.0 mm and a hole diameter of 150.0 mm, as well as cutting, punching, and bending tools and hydraulic or hydropneumatic tools in custom designs. Additionally, the company develops and manufactures follow-up compound tools and complete tools from its own design, tube punching and tube flanging, as well as hydraulic punching tables and semi- or fully automatic punching machines for the automation of manufacturing processes. Selected high-quality tool steel is used for the manufacture of cutting sets; the manufacturing spectrum serves sheet and profile processing, metal processing, and mechanical engineering. With its own tool and plant design and a well-equipped machine park, JOKA manufactures tools according to specific customer requirements and advises on the selection of suitable solutions. Every product is manufactured with strict quality control. The standard types are mostly available immediately from stock.
