We are Joliente
The Joliente coffee roastery was founded in 2007 by Ulrich Schmidt and Christian Cramer and stands for coffee quality and customer service. The company roasts exclusively high-quality green coffees from the best growing regions in the world – traditionally in the drum, for at least 15 minutes at a maximum of 225 °C. This gentle, slow roasting makes it possible to fully develop the variety of aromas and produce digestible coffees without bitterness. In the early years, roasting was done via partner roasteries; in 2017 Joliente opened its own roastery with a new building in the Niedersachsenpark industrial estate in Rieste, with an attached experience café and shop. Via sales locations in Detmold and Neuenkirchen, the company supplies business customers from gastronomy, hotels, bakeries, offices and communal catering, offering consulting, barista training, machine sales, maintenance and order picking as well as shipping via DHL: orders placed by 11 a.m. are shipped the same day. The range includes its own exclusive blends, tea and drinking chocolate.
