At the Seligmannallee 3 site in Hanover, pork, beef, lamb, veal and poultry were cut, and sales to commercial customers took place via wholesale and an in-house factory outlet. The product range included fresh pork in numerous cuts, beef specialties from among others the USA (Creekstone Farms), Argentina and New Zealand, lamb from Silver Fern Farms (New Zealand), veal, poultry such as turkey breast fillet and calibrated chicken breast, offal and frozen products. In addition, the company produced its own burger patties (140 g). Orders could also be placed outside opening hours via answering machine. Business operations were discontinued as of 27.02.2026.
