About Pulsfort

Josef Pulsfort Maschinen und Förderanlagen KG, based in Lutten in the Oldenburger Münsterland, manufactures custom conveyor belts and conveyor systems for optimizing industrial production processes. The portfolio comprises hygienic conveying systems for the food industry, carton and pallet transport systems, spiral conveyor systems, plastic modular belts, roller track systems as well as poultry technology for the processing of chicken, turkey, duck and goose. In addition to conveying systems, the company offers parts manufacturing from prototype and small-batch production to large volumes and series production, as well as special machine construction, for example bottle decappers and the stainless-steel schnitzel cutter FS 2000. Manufacturing uses modern machines, including laser technology; bending machines are automated with a UR10e cobot. The company is a licensed partner for the Intralox ARB™ and ThermoDrive® technologies. Services range from planning and design, calculation and simulation of complete conveying systems, PLC programming, visualization and robotics to assembly, commissioning, maintenance and 24/7 service. With more than 100 employees, Pulsfort supplies international customers from the food industry, agriculture, the manufacturing industry, retail and the trades.
