About us
Jost Metallverarbeitung GmbH & Co. KG, based in Bischoffen in the German state of Hesse, manufactures high-quality metal and plastic products for customers from mechanical engineering, aerospace, computer technology and medical technology. The service portfolio includes CNC milling on modern multi-axis machining centres, aluminium profile machining, jig and fixture building, CAD-CAM engineering and the assembly of assemblies, heating and cooling systems. Production ranges from one-off parts and prototypes to high-volume series production; components with dimensions of up to approximately 2,600 × 750 × 800 mm can be machined. The modern CNC machine fleet includes, among others, 5-axis machining centres from Hedelius with robot automation and Heidenhain controls. For finishing and further processing, the company draws on an established pool of partners. The quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015; quality inspection and production planning accompany the entire production process.
