Jost Wohlen AG is a privately owned Swiss electrical installation company based in Wohlen in the Freiamt region. Its core competence covers the design, planning, implementation and maintenance of high-current (power) systems for commercial, industrial, public and residential buildings. The offering is complemented by low-current (extra-low voltage) installations (security and alarm systems, video surveillance, locking systems), telematics including telephone systems and networks, building automation with KNX and PLC (including Siemens S7, WAGO, tebis) as well as e-mobility charging infrastructure with load management. A 24h emergency service is available 365 days a year; certified specialists carry out the legally mandated installation inspections with safety verification in accordance with the NIV. Reference customers come from industry and chemicals (including Dottikon Exclusive Synthesis, Digitec Galaxus, wastewater treatment plants). With the Jost Muri branch, the upper Freiamt region is served. The company has been ISO-certified since 1995; in 2026, following the construction of the PALEAS development, it moved into its premises at Bremgarterstrasse 62 in Wohlen.
