JotKa GmbH trades under the Klimaklapp brand and is a specialist firm focused on air conditioning systems. The company installs exclusively Daikin split and multi-split air conditioning systems – from a single room to an entire house – and supports the subsidy application under KfW 458, through which up to 50% of the investment costs can be subsidized. After installation, Klimaklapp handles maintenance and repair; with a five-year maintenance contract, an extended all-around warranty covers the units, tightness and installation. More than 500 air conditioning systems have already been installed, and one outdoor unit is mounted in around three hours. The scope of services includes consulting, an individual heating concept, transparent fixed-price calculation and instruction after installation.
